Booking procedure

  • Minimum stay: 7 days (weekly rental)
  • Arrival and departure: Saturday
  • Check availability: Please check the calendar for Apartment Tania or Carina for your preferred dates.
  • Select your dates: Enter your arrival and departure dates. If the apartment is available, click the corresponding “Book” tab.
  • Provide stay details:
    • Number of adults and children
    • Any information regarding your pet (if applicable)
  • Benefits and options: If you have a promo code, please enter it.
  • Review your booking: Check the total price and complete the main guest details (primary residence address, mobile phone number, email).
  • Accept the terms: Tick the boxes confirming you have read and accepted the contract and specific conditions (available on this page).
  • Confirm and pay:
    • Pay the deposit (30%) or the full amount (if the booking is made less than one month before arrival)
    • Follow the secure payment procedure
  • Receive confirmations: You will immediately receive a booking confirmation and a payment receipt.
  • Balance payment: One month before your stay, you will receive a request to pay the remaining balance. Once received, we will email you all useful information:
    • Key handover details
    • Access routes / directions
    • Practical information for your arrival

Information

  • Weekly rental: 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday
  • Monthly rental: available upon special request
For short or long stays (nights / months) outside the high season, please contact the owner directly by email.
